St. John’s Lutheran School is here to partner with parents for the purpose of equipping students to make a difference in the world in which we live. Our school is committed to providing students with an environment where they learn about Christ’s saving promise and experience firsthand the love of Jesus Christ.
It is our sincere desire to make a quality Christian education accessible to those families who support our values, and who seek partnership with our school. St. John’s Lutheran School distributes tuition assistance to families based upon availability of funds and need for those funds. All tuition assistance applications are handled with strict confidence. Merit scholarships are unavailable at this time.
All fees are non-refundable. Tuition is refundable only after a two week written notice of early withdrawal is received. Tuition will be refunded on a prorated basis calculated on the student’s last day of school. See Parent/Student Handbook for complete information on Financial Requirements.

St. John's Annual Re-Enrollment Fee is $475 per student in Grades 1-8 (Non-Refundable). The New Student Registration Fee is $500 per student in Grades K-8 (Non-Refundable).
Full payment of yearly tuition is payable on or before July 6, 2023. A $35.00 late fee will apply and be payable to FACTS, a Nelnet Company after July 13, 2023 or if a check is returned by the bank for non-payment.
Payment of tuition paid twice a year. Half of the yearly tuition is payable on or before July 10, 2023. The second half is due on or before January 10, 2023. A $35.00 late fee will apply and be payable to FACTS, a Nelnet Company, for each semester tuition payment made after July 17, 2023 and January 17, 2024, or if a check is returned by the bank for nonpayment.
* Families who choose the “Annual” or “Semi-Annual” Payment Plans are to make payments by the designated due date. If payment is not made within 7 days of the due date, a $35 late fee will be assessed that month. Any family who has chosen the Annual or Semi-Annual Payment Plans and fails to make payment within 30 days of the due date will be required to enlist in the “10 Month EFT Payment Plan.”

Tuition is divided into 10 equal monthly payments or 20 equal bi-monthly payments to be paid by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or by credit card payable to FACTS, a Nelnet Company, which will begin in July 2023 and end in May 2024. A $30.00 service fee will apply to each monthly tuition payment returned by the bank for non-payment. The EFT account will be removed and full tuition will be due and payable when two (2) or more EFT’s are returned by the bank for non-payment.
St. John’s Lutheran School is pleased to offer a “Ministry Partner” tuition discount of 30% per child to full-time employees at: CUI, Crean, OLu and other LCMS Congregations.
