Valentine’s Day - Annual Volleyball Bash

Valentine's Day is a special day for many people around the world. It is a day when we celebrate love, affection, and friendship. One great way to celebrate Valentine's Day in middle school at St. John’s is by hosting the annual Valentine's Volleyball Bash—a tradition spanning over 20+ years. 

The girls' varsity volleyball team selected and captained the 7th and 8th-grade teams. Teams were competing in 6th-grade, 7th-grade, and 8th-grade brackets. The middle school teachers organized the event, refereed, and were the scorekeepers. The room parents provided delicious treats and desserts. 

Valentine's Volleyball Bash is a fun and inclusive way to celebrate love and friendship in middle school. It allows students to bond with their peers and engage in physical activity. It is an excellent way to spread the Valentine's Day spirit and promote a positive school community.

Each Grade Level Team Chooses a Color to Represent their Team.
