“Headed Down to Bethlehem!”

The Advent season brings forth many opportunities for St. John’s students to share the good news and love of Jesus with the school, their families, and the community. Last week, Kindergarten and 1st Grade took us on a journey down to Bethlehem as they retold the story of Jesus’ arrival. Through Mary, Joseph, the Three Wisemen, evil King Herod, and many darling shepherds and angels- the students lead us in song and in word and shared the true story of Christmas. Our Kindergarteners and 1st Graders had a wonderful time singing His praises and bringing us back to that first holy Christmas celebration.
