4th grade - California History!

A couple of weeks ago, our 4^th grade students got to experience history come alive as they explored important sites in Sacramento!  They got to explore the Capitol building, pan for gold, make a leather poke for their gold, see the California State Railroad museum, and so much more.  It was wonderful to watch them take what they have been studying in the classroom and apply it to real locations around them!
