Winter Wonderland in Kindergarten

In California, we don’t always get to experience one of God’s most beautiful creations, snowflakes.

This week, in our kindergarten class, we spent some time exploring the beauty and unique way snowflakes are created. We had to opportunity to create crystal snowflakes with a science experiment, decorated snowflakes using shapes, and even created our own snowflake designs with toothpicks and marshmallows. We loved exploring the uniqueness in all our designs, and had a lot of fun bringing a winter feel to our California classroom.
