Transformed in TK!

March is an exciting month in our TK classroom as we learn about the life cycles God created in nature. One of the highlights is observing our live ladybugs. From the moment they arrive, the students are eager to check on them each day, noticing even the smallest changes as they grow and develop. Their curiosity fills our classroom with wonder, and questions, discoveries, and joyful observations happen throughout the day.

As we watch the ladybugs grow and change, our conversations naturally turn toward the idea of transformation. This connects beautifully with the Easter season. The students are fascinated to learn that God designs each stage of the ladybug’s life with intention and purpose, and this understanding helps us talk about the ways God loves to create new life in His world. It connects beautifully to Easter, when we celebrate Jesus bringing new life and hope to the world.

This theme of transformation also ties in beautifully with our school theme this year. Just like our ladybugs, our students are growing and changing every day as they become the unique individuals God creates them to be. It is a joy to watch these transformations unfold in our classroom, and it is a blessing to be part of their learning journey.
