Serving our Community
National Junior Honor Society
The National Junior Honor Society get to participate in many service projects. This year one of those projects was to serve our community by giving out food through St. Johns’ 4th Saturday event. Students helped by getting the food ready to give out before the people from the community arrived, passing out flyers for events that are coming up, placing food in the trunks or the cars, passing out Easter baskets to the kids in the cars, and cleaning up after the event. They enjoyed passing out the baskets the most because of the wonder and happiness that was visible on the children’s faces that received them. Such a great blessing to serve our community!
