Rhythms of the Church Year

Over the past few weeks, our 7th graders have been diving into the rhythms of the church year in their CFL class. As part of their learning, students were challenged to create a visual representation of the church calendar that highlighted each major season such as Advent, Christmas, Epiphany, Lent, Easter, Pentecost, and the season after Pentacost. Through this project students explored how each season shapes and influences worship as well as our daily lives. The finished calendars reflected not only creativity, but also a growing awareness of how these seasons invite reflection, celebration, and growth in faith.  By: Ms. Knego, 7th grade
