Missions in 4th Grade!

Fourth grade has learned about the 21 amazing California Missions this year. With their projects coming to a finish line, the Fourth-grade field trip came at the perfect time. Our students were able to explore the beautiful San Juan Capistrano Mission, where they learned about the amazing history, treasures, and artifacts.

Miss Ettinger’s class got the privilege to see “The Lincoln Document” of 1865. This document is only on display every 5 years, so it was special for our students to see it. In addition to the field trip, our students have created some amazing mission models, photobooks, and technology models. Seeing all their hard work in and out of the classroom has been awesome. Students were all assigned a different mission or project unique for them to create.
