Middle School Service Trip!

During Spring Kindness Week, St. John's middle school students had the incredible opportunity to give back to their community through service days in partnership with Second Harvest Food Bank. Our 8th graders worked diligently at the Second Harvest Food Distribution Center, sorting celery and oranges, washing produce crates, and assembling mesh bags. Meanwhile, 6th and 7th graders got their hands dirty at Harvest Solutions Farm—the 6th graders planted an impressive 21,000 broccoli plants, while the 7th graders harvested 15,000 pounds of broccoli to help fight food insecurity. We are grateful for our partnership with Second Harvest Food Bank, which provided our students with a meaningful and hands-on way to serve others!
