Catalina Island - Fun, Learning, Jesus!
Recently 7th grade students had the amazing opportunity to travel to Catalina for a weeklong science camp. Students had a blast not only learning about marine science but experiencing it firsthand out in God’s beautiful creation. Among the many activities that students participated in, a few included snorkeling to explore our local coastal fish, a squid dissection, a stargazing hike, and a hike to learn about Catalina’s ecology. In addition, students engaged in daily morning devotions and prayer overlooking the ocean! Fun was had by all!
